Ariba (developed at tm.kit.edu)

Ariba is an overlay-based virtual network substrate that enables easy development networking applications. It transparently supports node mobility, multi-homing, heterogeneous networks (e.g. IPv4/IPv6, UDP/TCP, ...) and soon have inbuilt a large number of inbuilt security mechanisms that make developing networking applications and services a lot more easier.
